Long Beach

A two day stay at Long Beach was an enjoyable time. Although it was rather foggy in the morning it was still an impressive sight to see what the sign claims to be the 'Longest beach in the world'. There were lots of trucks driving down the beach which was a novelty for me, having never tried driving on a beach before.

 

 While out that way Cape Disappointment State Park is quite a spot. The view is great and the stories of washed up ships is sad and impressive.
